Terms for Purchase, Shipping & Cancellation — Biopelabs

These Specific Terms (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through biopelabs.com and supplement our general Terms of Use and other applicable policies. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the conditions below.
1) Payment Method (USDT – TRON/TRC20)
All purchases made on this website are processed exclusively using USDT (Tether) on the TRON (TRC20) network.
We do not accept:
- Credit cards
- Bank transfers
- Bank slips (boleto)
- PayPal
- Cash
- Other cryptocurrencies or blockchain networks unless expressly stated
Payment instructions, including the wallet address and QR Code, are provided immediately after checkout. Orders will only enter the processing queue after payment has been received and verified on the blockchain.
2) Exchange Rate Validity
The USDT amount displayed during checkout is calculated using the exchange rate available at the time the order is created.
This exchange rate is guaranteed for up to 30 minutes from order creation. Payments submitted after this validity period may require a recalculation based on the current market exchange rate before they can be accepted and processed.
For this reason, customers are encouraged to complete the transfer as soon as possible after placing the order.
3) Payment Verification & Processing Time
Blockchain transactions require confirmation before they can be verified.
After payment verification:
- orders are typically processed within up to 2 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on:
- blockchain confirmation time;
- operational volume;
- verification requirements (see Section 4); and
- fulfillment capacity.
4) Buyer Information & Research-Use Verification
Because our products are intended exclusively for research and scientific use, we may request additional information before processing or fulfilling an order, including:
- identification of a responsible technical professional (where applicable);
- a research-use statement or declaration; and/or
- institutional or company identification for laboratories, universities, clinics, or wholesale orders.
If the requested information is not provided, we may place the order on hold or cancel it and issue a refund where applicable.
5) Cryptocurrency Payments
By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, the customer acknowledges and agrees that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
If the payment is received after the 30-minute exchange rate validity period, Biopelabs reserves the right to:
- request payment of any difference resulting from market exchange rate fluctuations before processing the order; or
- issue a refund in the same cryptocurrency originally received.
When a refund is necessary under these circumstances, any applicable blockchain transaction fees, network fees, or gas fees required to execute the refund may be deducted from the refunded amount.
6) Cancellation Policy
6.1 Before Shipment
Cancellations are permitted only if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
If eligible, the order may be canceled and refunded in accordance with the payment conditions described in these Terms.
6.2 After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to:
- international logistics complexity (where applicable);
- specialized storage and handling requirements; and
- product sensitivity.
7) Exchanges & Returns
Due to the chemical nature of our products and the associated contamination risks:
- we do not offer product exchanges; and
- we do not accept returns after shipment.
8) Proper Use & Buyer Responsibility
The buyer assumes full responsibility for:
- proper handling and storage after delivery;
- use strictly for research purposes;
- compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and laboratory safety standards.
9) Force Majeure
Biopelabs shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- customs inspections;
- strikes;
- weather events;
- international restrictions;
- blockchain network congestion;
- temporary blockchain service interruptions; and/or
- carrier or transportation disruptions.
10) Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch timing depends on fulfillment capacity and operational schedules.
Orders that have been successfully paid and verified during business hours may be dispatched on the same business day; otherwise, they may be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Whenever tracking is available, a tracking number or tracking link will be provided.
